25% deposit on booking, the remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the apartment rental. If you make a late booking, we ask you to pay the entirety of the balance at once. Our prices include the accommodation and the amenity charges (water, electricity, heating).
Our prices do not include the Tourist Tax, which must be paid the day you arrive, any supplementary services, and the cleaning charges at the end of your holiday. Accommodation for a specified number of persons may under no circumstances be used by a larger number of people
Included in the rental price:
reception service (pick up the keys directly in the residence), towels, sheets and pillowcases, satellite television, ski locker with a boot dryer, sauna and steam room, 1 parking place in the indoor car park of the residence per apartment (no parking space for the Rosset apartment), laundry room with washing machines and dryers, Wi-Fi in all apartments.
Options to be booked with the accommodation:
- The cleaning at the end of your holiday (price according to the apartment).
- Pass animal (50 euros).
You can pick up the keys from 5 pm onwards on the day you arrive. You will be asked for a guarantee deposit of 500 euros. If you are going to arrive late, please let us know before 6pm, so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
You must move out of the accommodation before 9.30 am on the day when you are leaving. The flat must be perfectly clean. The guarantee deposit will be given back to you after we have checked over the flat, and deducted amounts corresponding to any damage. If you leave before 8 am, the guarantee deposit will be returned per post.
Alteration / cancellation of the holiday and additional facilities by the client.
You must notify us by letter of any cancellation or alteration, which will take effect from the date of receipt.
If you advise us more than 60 days before the start of your holidays, we will retain 100 euros as cancellation fees on the deposit.
If you advise us less than 60 days before the start of your holidays, we will retain the following charges:
- Between 60 and 30 days prior to your arrival: 25% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
- Between 29 and 15 days prior to your arrival: 50% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
- Between 14 and 8 days prior to your arrival: 75% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
- 7 days or less before your arrival: 100% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
Non-appearance at your holiday destination.
If you do not appear at your holiday destination, we will retain the following charges:
